AI Transparency

Last updated: April 2026

How We Use AI

ResuBlue uses large language models (LLMs) to assist with resume writing, ATS scoring, cover letter generation, and career coaching. All AI-generated content is clearly labeled and intended as a starting point — you retain full control over your final resume.

AI output is generated fresh for each request. We do not store AI-generated drafts beyond your active session unless you explicitly save them to your vault.

What AI Cannot Do

  • AI does not make hiring decisions. ResuBlue is a writing tool, not a recruiter.
  • AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. Always review and verify before submitting applications.
  • AI does not have access to live job postings or recruiter preferences unless explicitly fetched via our integrations.

Colorado AI Act Disclosure

In compliance with the Colorado Artificial Intelligence Act and similar state laws, we disclose that ResuBlue uses AI systems that may influence consequential decisions. Our AI assists with resume content generation and career guidance. You have the right to opt out of AI-assisted features at any time by contacting privacy@resublue.com.

AI Providers

ResuBlue uses the following AI providers. By using AI features, your resume content is sent to these providers subject to their privacy policies:

  • Groq — Fast inference for real-time features (bullet generation, ATS scoring). Data processed per Groq Privacy Policy.
  • Together AI / OpenRouter — Fallback and specialized models. Data processed per their respective privacy policies.

Human Review

AI outputs are not reviewed by ResuBlue staff before being shown to you. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before use. We recommend treating all AI output as a first draft.

Questions or Opt-Out

To opt out of AI features, request a copy of data sent to AI providers, or ask questions about our AI practices, contact privacy@resublue.com.
