Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

1. We do not sell your personal information
ResuBlue does not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary consideration, and we do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising. The data you provide — resume content, contact details, target roles, AI-generated outputs — is used only to operate the product, deliver subscription services, and communicate with you about your account.
2. We do not share your personal information for advertising
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), “sharing” includes disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising. ResuBlue does not share your data for that purpose. We do not run third-party advertising tags, retargeting pixels, or data-broker integrations.
3. Service providers and AI processors
We use a small set of service providers to operate ResuBlue: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Neon (database), Vercel (hosting), Sentry (error monitoring), and Groq (AI generation, with Cerebras and SambaNova as fallback providers). These providers process your data only on our behalf, under written contracts that prohibit them from selling or sharing your information for their own purposes. 4. How to exercise your CCPA rights
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccuracies, and to opt out of any future sale or sharing (which we do not currently engage in). You can exercise these rights by emailing support@resublue.com from the email associated with your account. We will respond within 45 days as required by the CCPA.
5. Global Privacy Control (GPC)
ResuBlue honors the Global Privacy Control browser signal as a valid opt-out request under the CCPA. Because we do not currently sell or share personal information, no additional action is needed when GPC is detected, but we will continue to respect the signal if our practices change.
