Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes permitted and prohibited uses of ResuBlue, including the website, AI features, resume builder, and any generated content. By using ResuBlue, you agree to this AUP. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

2. Permitted uses

You may use ResuBlue to:

  • Create, edit, and export resumes for your own personal job search.
  • Use AI features to improve the quality of your own resume content.
  • On Sage tier: assist your own clients in creating resumes under a commercial license.
  • Prepare for interviews, benchmark salary expectations, and research job market data.

3. Prohibited uses

You may not use ResuBlue to:

  • Generate false, misleading, or fraudulent resume content intended to deceive employers.
  • Fabricate credentials, qualifications, employment history, or references.
  • Create resumes for third parties on a commercial basis without a Sage tier subscription.
  • Attempt to bypass AI safety guardrails, prompt-inject our AI models, or extract system prompts.
  • Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content from ResuBlue using automated tools.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the ResuBlue platform or its AI models.
  • Use the platform in a manner that violates any applicable law, including employment laws, anti-discrimination laws, or data protection regulations.
  • Upload, generate, or transmit content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Conduct security testing, penetration testing, or vulnerability scanning without prior written authorization from ResuBlue.
  • Resell, sublicense, or white-label the ResuBlue platform without a separate written agreement.

4. AI-generated content

AI-generated content produced by ResuBlue is intended to assist you in drafting your resume. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving any content before submitting it to a prospective employer. ResuBlue does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content. See our AI Transparency page for details on how AI is used.

5. Intellectual property

Salesforce, Trailhead, Trailblazer, Apex, Lightning, Agentforce, and Einstein are trademarks of Salesforce, Inc. ResuBlue is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Salesforce, Inc. You must not use those trademarks in a way that implies such affiliation. For questions about trademark use, email legal@resublue.com.

6. Enforcement

ResuBlue reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates this AUP, with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion. Severe violations (fraud, illegal activity, security attacks) may be reported to law enforcement. To report abuse, contact support@resublue.com.
